GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Full-Time/Part-Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conceptualize, manage, design, and prepare for production visual materials for various platforms, including:
       - Social media content (posts, stories, ads, cover photos)
       - Website graphics (banners, icons, infographics)
       - Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards)
       - Marketing collaterals (email templates, presentations, white papers)
       - Branding materials (logos, style guides)
       - Video graphics (thumbnails, lower thirds)

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design outputs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Present design concepts and effectively communicate design rationale to the team.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software advancements, and best practices.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Maintain an organized digital asset library.

  • Integrate elements and assets commissioned from artists.

  • Contribute to the overall creative direction and visual identity of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across different media.

  • Excellent proficiency in industry-standard design software, including:
            - Adobe Photoshop
            - Adobe Illustrator
            - Canva

  • Solid understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory, imagery).

  • Understanding of print production processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback and requirements.

Bonus Skills We'd Like To See:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut).

  • Experience with other design and editing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, CSP).

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.

  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS).

  • Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design.

Partnership Specialist (Full-Time/Part-Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create compelling and customized partnership, sponsorship, and exhibitor packages that meet the needs and budgets of potential partners. Clearly articulate the benefits and opportunities associated with partnering, sponsoring, or exhibiting at our events.

  • Research and identify potential partners who align with our event themes, target audience, and objectives.

  • Initiate and maintain contact with prospective partners through various channels (email, phone, networking).

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Manage the contracting process, ensuring all agreements are accurately documented and executed.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of partners, sponsors, and exhibitors, providing necessary information and support to ensure their successful participation.

  • Coordinate with the PotA team to ensure partners’ needs are met regarding booth setup, branding opportunities, and other agreed-upon benefits.

  • Track and manage partner, sponsor, and exhibitor deliverables and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.

  • Track progress on partnership recruitment efforts and provide regular reports on activities and results.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in event partnerships and sponsorships.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to identify potential leads and build relationships.

  • “Partners” above refers to brands, businesses, NGOs, advocacies, schools, communities, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proactive.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A passion for events and understanding of the event landscape, specifically art market events.

Bonus Skills We'd Like To See:

  • Existing network of contacts within relevant industries.

  • Experience in partnership development, sponsorship sales, exhibitor recruitment, sales, or a related role, preferably within the events industry.

  • Experience with developing and managing sponsorship activation plans.

  • Knowledge of different types of event partnerships and their benefits.

  • Experience working with international partners and sponsors.

COORDINATOR (Event/Project Based)

COORDINATOR (Online and In Person)

  • Coordinator between PotA and other entities

  • Organizing Meetings and taking minutes

  • Present during event proper

  • Handling deliveries of collaterals

  • Work hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri. No work on Holidays.

  • Able to travel all over the Philippines for 3 to 7 days at a time. (Paid Travel and Accommodations)

  • Communicate and coordinate with event proper people

  • Handling correspondence:
       - Emails
       - Discord
       - Phone

  • Coordination with and of suppliers and supplies

  • Coordinate program and decor

  • Running errands

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 20+ years old

  • Resides within greater Metro Manila

  • Excellent Time Management Skills

  • Fluent in English and Filipino

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

  • Familiar or willing to learn Google Office

  • Discord familiar or willing to learn

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Non-passive but non-abrasive personality
